and the link to verify your business relationship is agile.  If your answer were correct, why is the link not inactive and why don't you go the 'employ the account to build your reputation message' like you do when you endeavor to transport to a distribution list from a new account, instead of the 'Sorry, we can't do this right now? Delight endeavour over again after' bulletin that we are receiving?  The Sorry we can't practice this right at present, implies there is an consequence with Outlook, non the business relationship.

I would assume I would have to exist using Outlook software right? Well I'k not. I am using a web browser Internet Explorer version eleven going to post.live.com. That'due south where I get this error message.

ok, I figured it out myself.  When you enter your telephone number you have to have the leading 'i' (for the United States).
